violates any law or infringes or violates any rights of any other person
or entity.

is at your sole risk. The user shall indemnify and hold harmless Knowbotic

against any claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever resulting

Service, or the third Party Sites and Content. These limitations apply
regardless of whether the party liable or allegedly liable was advised,

against all claims, liability, and expenses, including attorneys' fees
and legal fees and costs, arising out of your use of MINDS OF CONCERN::BREAKING
NEWS or our breach of any provision of this Agreement. You will cooperate
as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim.
Performance and Disputes
This Agreement, your performance under it, and any disputes arising under
it shall be governed exclusively by law. You expressly consent to the
exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the Courts in any and all
actions, disputes, or controversies relating to this Agreement.
